Assessment
The visit puts your health in the picture.
Assessment means discussing your reason for care, your health history, and the options before reaching a care decision.
Gather history and plan the next conversation
Bring the details behind the request
The tirzepatide labels make past health problems, other medicines, pregnancy plans, and planned surgery relevant to the assessment.
- Write down what led you to seek help.
- Note every medicine and supplement you want the assessor to review.
- Include any family thyroid cancer history, pancreas or gallbladder trouble, serious stomach problems, and diabetes-related eye problems.
- Mention birth control pills, pregnancy plans, diabetes treatment, and upcoming surgery.
Ask what needs a test or room visit
The medical boards say the doctor should arrange any tests needed for the assessment or send you to someone who can. They also say the doctor should arrange an in-person visit if you need a physical examination that cannot be done online.
- For each suggested test, ask which question the result would settle.
- Ask where it would happen and whether its fee is separate.
Leave with a way to ask again
Use the last part of the visit to make the follow-up plan concrete.
- Who will discuss progress with me?
- How do I ask about a new concern?
- How can we revisit the plan if I want a change?
